Options/Price List for 2021
(Facilities maximum occupancy is 250 guests)
We are delighted to offer a variety of “Almost Heaven” options which may assist you during the planning stages of your event.
Options for your special day:
Beyond the Stars:
Our “Beyond the Stars” option pulls out all the stops to make your evening over the top. You can say “I do” to your love inside of our romantically lit venue surrounded by those who are special to your heart, or you can dance the night away outside under the stars after saying “I do”, while your family and friends join you at the beginning of your happily ever after. Or, perhaps a combination of both.
This option includes:
· Venue usage for a 2-hour rehearsal dinner
· Venue usage for ceremony and reception (with the choice of hosting your event indoor or outdoor)
· Access to the facility 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. one day prior to your event
· Bride preparation suite (to be utilized for bride and bridesmaid pre wedding preparation/dressing room)
· Groom preparation suite (to be utilized for groom and groomsmen pre wedding preparation/dressing room)
Our “Beyond the Stars” option is $6,000.00

Starry Nights:
Our “Starry Nights” option is for those who would like to utilize our facility for “reception only”. Join us for the ultimate celebration with family and friends in honor of your special day.
This option includes:
· Venue usage for a 2-hour rehearsal dinner
· Venue usage for reception (with the choice of hosting your event indoor or outdoor)
· Access to the facility 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. one day prior to your event
Our “Starry Nights” option is $4,500.00

Over the Moon:
Our “Over the Moon” option is for those who would like to utilize our facility for “ceremony only”.
This option includes:
· Use of the Almost Heaven Barn or Field for Ceremony
· Access to the facility 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. one day prior to your event
· Almost Heaven Barn décor is included, but may use own if preferred.
Our “Over the Moon” option is $1,500.00

The Celebration:
Because we are the most well-loved and bar-none facility in the tri-state area, we would like to offer our venue for additional events to include baby showers, anniversary parties, graduation parties, and a number of occasions that will bring people together and spread smiles.
This option includes:
· Venue usage for 3-6 hours
Our “Celebration” option pricing is based upon the number of guests attending your event, which will be discussed during your planning stages.
Our “The Celebration” option is $100 an hour.

Complete venue ceremony and reception décor:
Let us have the honor of making your event look breathtaking with our romantically themed decorations, or simply let us decorate with your own fabulous décor, and take the worries away.
Complete decoration for ceremony and reception to include set up, tear down and cleanup is $1500.00
Linens are not included in the décor and are an extra $250.

DJ Entertainment:
A successful wedding reception is not complete without a fabulous Disc Jockey. Let our DJ play those special songs for your first dance, your Daddy/daughter or that special surprise dance that you might have in mind for your bride or groom.
Disc Jockey with all the bells and whistles to include speakers, microphones and lighting is $1000.00

Thirsty?
Yes. We even have a kegerator! It will include 2 kegs of your choice. $550.00
Each additional Keg will be $150
**Please note that all of our options offer complimentary parking, a fully equipped kitchen for catering preparation, rustic made benches for outdoor ceremony seating, string lighting around our fire pit, a covered veranda, and year-round climate control.

Deposit, Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Once you have agreed to reserve space for your event at Almost Heaven Barn, a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 deposit will be do upon contractual signage, which will be applied towards your final cost.
Your remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to your event.
A refundable $500.00 security deposit is also required, and will be refunded (within 30 days) at the conclusion of your event, after Almost Heaven Barn clears the venue to ensure that the facility is damage free. (Client is responsible for any damage or breakage to any portion of the Almost Heaven Barn, Almost Heaven Buildings, and any part of the facility that occurs from Client's use or by attendees participating in Client's event. Client agrees to pay for repairs/replacements for any damage done to the facility while under letter of agreement, reasonable wear accepted. Client also agrees to hold harmless, Almost Heaven Barn, in any way for accident or injury which may occur to a person(s) on the premises during the rental period.)
A $1500.00 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received within 60 days of your event.
Almost Heaven Barn requires proof of event insurance via a certificate of liability to be provided at the time of contract signage. The event insurance must also include alcohol insurance.
